Dr. Auerbach, also known as @bloodytoothguy (186K) on social media, founded the new group, which is based in Hackensack, New Jersey. The group revealed their launch announcement in September.

Aligned Dental Partners congratulates Jessica Walker, CRDH, BASDH MBA-HM on being sworn in as President for the Florida Dental Hygienist’s Association. Jessica is a senior consultant and hygiene analyst at Aligned Dental Partners. She provides professional coaching specific to dental hygiene. The Florida Dental Hygienists’ Association (FDHA), founded in 1926, represents the more than 12,000 dental hygienists who practice in the state of Florida.

HighFive Healthcare welcomes Gavin Poole as CFO. Gavin has two decades of experience in global healthcare with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integration & strategic enablement. He has also worked for Henry Schein for 15 years. HighFive is based in Homewood, Alabama and was founded in 2018.

Jennifer Vecchiarelli is promoted to director of communications operations at The Aspen Group (TAG). Prior to this promotion, Jennifer held various communications positions at the DSO. TAG – The Aspen Group includes Aspen Dental, Chapter, ClearChoice, WellNow, and AZPetVet .

Clayton Russell takes on role of VP, strategic clinical operations with Guardian Dentistry Partners. In his role, Clayton will be working closely with GDP operations leaders and doctor partners to provide leadership, strategic oversight, and guidance of clinical operations. He comes to Guardian with over 20 years experience in the dental industry across a wide array of companies; including both privately held and Fortune 50 global dental manufacturers, a PE-backed dental start-up and a NASDAQ-traded dental industry pioneer, most recently at Align Technology.

Leslie Brewer has joined Guardian Dentistry Partners as their new VP of Marketing. She is a seasoned senior healthcare marketing leader with 20 years of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing experience within the pharma, multi-unit retail healthcare, hospital and PE space. She has spent her career building brands, driving awareness and increasing customer loyalty through innovative marketing and communications strategies and tactics. She has held leadership roles including Global Head of Marketing for BioLife, a 230-center plasma donation company owned by Takeda Pharmaceutical; the Chief Marketing Officer for Familia Dental, a 42-practice Dental Service Organization; and the Vice President of Marketing for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, a national for-profit oncology hospital network.

Christy Hampton is promoted to VP of orthodontics at InterDent Service Corporation. Before becoming VP, she was director of orthodontics and director of operations. She is also a board member at Children’s Foundation of Las Vegas. Headquartered in Inglewood, California, InterDent has over 150 affiliated dental offices serving over one million patients each year.

Philip K. Weber has joined Sonrava Health as VP of talent acquisition. Most recently he was director of talent acquisition for U.S. Anesthesia Partners, a provider of anesthesia services with 700 inpatient and outpatient locations across the country, where he started as clinical recruitment manager in 2019.  Before that he was director of recruiting and operations for Merritt Hawkins, an AMN Healthcare affiliate, where he began his talent acquisition career as physician recruiter.
